Our Direct Primary Care Plantation practice stands out with its monthly membership-based model. This approach allows for enhanced and direct access to your physician, ensuring a higher level of personalized care. We also offer consultative, as-needed Geriatric Consultative Services for those with an existing primary care physician who needs periodic specialist expertise.
