Geriatrics and Direct Primary Care in Fort Lauderdale
Our Direct Primary Care practice in Fort Lauderdale is a monthly membership based model of care that provides a higher level of care, enhanced and direct access to your physician, including same or next day appointments and multiple benefits not offered in a traditional Primary Care practice. We are the only Direct Primary Care practice in the South Florida area focused on older adults, and only accept patients over the age of 55. In exchange for a monthly membership fee, we maintain a much smaller patient panel than a traditional practice and are able to restore the highly personalized and trustworthy Doctor-Patient relationship.
For those who already have an excellent Primary Care Physician, we are happy to see you on a consultative, as needed basis for Geriatric Consultative Services in Person or Virtually.
