As a Geriatric Focus Direct Primary Care practice, we only accept patients over the age of 55. Dr. Hasan is a primary care physician with additional specialized training in treating older patients.

Dr. Hasan does not accept insurance for her professional services.  We charge a monthly membership fee for enhanced access and more personalized care.
